1. Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the relationship between HØUSE NEXT (“Seller”) and private or business buyers (“Buyer”), whether individuals, companies, or organizations. By placing any order or reservation, or making any financial contribution on our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Parties Involved

Buyer: The individual or entity initiating a purchase or reservation.

3. Pricing and Payments
All prices are stated in Euros (€), unless indicated otherwise. Prices are based on current estimates and may be subject to change. If a price adjustment is required, you will be clearly informed and asked to confirm whether you wish to proceed before any payment is charged for the final order. The final cost, including VAT and any additional charges, will be provided at checkout. We accept secure payment methods such as Vipps/MobilePay and other authorized providers.

4. Reservations (Pre-Orders) & Priority Queue Fee
Reservations (Pre-Orders) Are Free: Placing a reservation (pre-order) costs nothing. By reserving a future product, you acknowledge that it is in a prototype or development stage and that delivery timelines, layout and design may vary from a previous suggestion. A free reservation does not guarantee a final purchase price, as material or labor costs may change. You will be informed of any price adjustments in writing before finalizing your purchase. You have the right to change reservations at any time as well as cancel if you so wish, up until the order has been accepted and a delivery date has been provided.

Priority Queue Fee (Optional): We offer an optional priority queue fee that grants you a higher place in our production or delivery queue. This fee is strictly non-refundable. It does not guarantee a specific delivery date but will position you ahead of those who have not paid the fee. If the company fails or the project is terminated, there is no guarantee of delivery or refund for this fee. Priority fee will be used to develop prototypes, which may include operational, salary, or material costs.

5. Donations
We also accept donations to support our development. All donations are strictly non-refundable. If the company fails or the project is canceled, there is no guarantee of delivery, product, or refund.

6. Delivery and Timelines
We aim to deliver goods or services as per the estimated timeline stated at purchase. However, prototypes and innovative projects can encounter unforeseeable delays. Any significant delay will be communicated, and you may have the right to cancel if the delay substantially alters the terms of your purchase, subject to applicable consumer laws.

7. Right of Withdrawal (Private Customers)
Private customers in the EU have a 14-day right of withdrawal pursuant to Danish and EU consumer protection laws for physical goods only (e.g., clothing or other tangible merchandise). Service fees (including the priority queue fee) and donations do not fall under the 14-day right of withdrawal. To exercise your right of withdrawal for physical goods, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order, and return the items in their original condition. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility.

8. Returns Policy
Eligible items (primarily clothing and similar physical products) must be returned in the same condition you received them, within the specified return period (typically 14 days unless otherwise noted). Business customers should refer to the specific terms outlined in their agreements with HØUSE NEXT.

9. Complaints and Disputes

20. Building Permit
HØUSE NEXT offers a building permit add-on, providing up to 20 hours with an external agent in the installation country to assist in obtaining a building permit for the ordered home.

If a permit is denied, we will inform the customer and provide guidance. If the issue can be resolved within the allocated 20 hours, we will proceed at no extra cost. If it exceeds this limit, we recommend canceling.

Customers who choose to proceed despite our recommendation will be responsible for any additional costs, which will be communicated in advance.

Please note that the building permit service fee is non-refundable, even if the application is rejected. We strongly advise customers to conduct thorough research beforehand, including checking neighborhood, municipality, commune, and state regulations, to identify any potential permit obstacles before placing an order.

21. Foundation
We offer the installation of our Krinner V89 Earth Screws foundation as an add-on for single dwellings at an additional cost, depending on the selected model. This price includes up to 8 hours of foundation work. We expect the installation to take around 2 hours on average, as the Krinner screw system is quick to install, requires no additional infrastructure, and under normal conditions, does not require earthworks.

However, if the property consists of solid rock or soil with many large stones, the installation can become significantly more complex, potentially requiring heavy machinery or even explosives. Therefore, we recommend that users assess their property by inserting a metal rod into the ground around the site. This helps determine stone density and the depth to bedrock, as we require at least 1.5 meters of soil before reaching bedrock.

This preliminary check provides valuable information, allowing us to advise whether our foundation system is suitable or if you should consider hiring local contractors for the foundation construction.
